It is considered to be a Senior any player who has turned 60 at the beginning of the current year.

It is considered to be a Junior any player who is under 18 at the beginning of the current year.

For the Special and Rating prizes, the final list of eligible players will be published in the 7^th round. This will be the ONLY list taken into account for the division of prizes. If a player considers that he/she should be on this list, but his/her name does not show up on the list, he/she must contact the organisers at the latest on the 6^th round. Any other mistakes should also be pointed out at the latest the 6^th round. If a player doesn’t have a FIDE rating, he/she will participate in the lowest rating section.

**The Aragon Chess Federation will send the prize through bank transfer.

Trophies and prizes will not be cumulative, and the one with the highest money value. If prizes are equal, the order established in these regulations (general, special, rating and other sections) will be applied.

Prizes will be sent through bank transfer.

Attendance to the prize-giving ceremony is mandatory for all players whoare entitled to receive a prize. Besides providing the bank account theywish their prize to be wired in players will have to bring a copy of
their identity card or passport in order to collect their prize.
Players who are entitled to prizes must fill in the form provided by the Organisation (document form for third parties) and a bank ownershipcertificate. Without these documents, the economic prizes will not be paid.

Players who are entitled to prizes will send their bank details to the organising team before the13 th of July (last round), during the prize giving ceremony.

PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY

Will take place on Sunday, 13^th of July, starting 5:00 pm, in the Palace Condes de la Ribagorza. All players entitled to receive a prize must be present at the ceremony.
